Optimizing Tea Processing with Solar Power

Tea processing is an energy-intensive operation, requiring a constant, reliable power supply for withering, drying, and extraction. To meet these demands, a custom-engineered solar system was integrated to: 🔹 Enhance Energy Independence – Reducing reliance on the grid while ensuring uninterrupted operations. 🔹 Seamlessly Integrate with Other Renewable Sources – Works alongside hydropower, biogas, and steam energy to form a comprehensive clean energy mix. 🔹 Deliver Cost Savings – The system is expected to generate financial savings of $300,000-$400,000 per year, significantly lowering electricity expenses. 🔹 Cut Carbon Emissions – Preventing approximately 2,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually, supporting long-term sustainability goals.
