1. About the service

Spenomatic Social Hub is a staff reporting workspace provided by Spenomatic Group ("Spenomatic", "we" or "us"). These terms govern your access to and use of Social Hub. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Social Hub brings selected, authorized social profiles and business locations into a central reporting dashboard. Its integrations currently read account information and performance metrics; they do not publish content, launch advertising, change bids or spend campaign budgets.

These terms apply to Social Hub only. They do not replace separate employment obligations, confidentiality agreements or contracts for Spenomatic's engineering products and services.

2. Authorized access

You may use Social Hub only if Spenomatic has authorized your staff access. Use your own assigned credentials, keep them confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the Spenomatic contact page.

Only administrators can configure integrations, authorize connected accounts, choose reporting profiles, refresh data or remove connections. Other authorized staff may view reporting within the workspace. Do not connect a profile unless its reporting may be shared with these authorized staff.

3. Connecting social accounts

You must own, administer or have permission to connect each social profile, organization Page or business location. Sign-in and consent take place on the relevant platform. Social Hub does not ask you to submit your social account password to Spenomatic.

The consent screen identifies the access requested by the integration. Available profiles and metrics depend on your account role, the permissions granted and the platform's API approvals. Select only the profiles needed for authorized business reporting.

Optional LinkedIn published-post importing requires explicit administrator approval and fresh authorization requesting r_organization_social. It retrieves published content from selected organization Pages for private content management. It does not publish, edit or delete content on LinkedIn. Imported copies are separate from locally prepared drafts and plans.

Optional Meta business-portfolio discovery requires a separate administrator opt-in and fresh Facebook authorization requesting business_management. Social Hub uses that permission for read-only discovery of owned and partner-shared Pages, and verifies Page-level reporting access before adding newly found business Pages. Business membership alone is not treated as Page authorization.

Optional Facebook Page Insights requires a separate administrator opt-in and fresh Facebook authorization requesting read_insights. Basic profile authorization alone does not enable these analytics. Availability depends on approved app access, granted permissions and the selected Page's reporting tasks. This option does not authorize Instagram Insights, publishing or advertising actions.

Some platforms use permission descriptions broader than the actions this version of Social Hub performs. For example, Google Business Profile uses a business-management permission for its reporting APIs; this module uses that access for read-only requests.

App credentials, platform approval and a successful authorization are required before an integration can retrieve data. Displaying a public profile link or platform logo does not mean that account is connected or that the platform endorses Social Hub.

4. Information, confidentiality and ownership

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of your accounts, brand materials and content. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership to Spenomatic. You authorize the service to retrieve and store the information needed to provide the reporting you have enabled, subject to the permissions you grant.

The module stores connection credentials, discovered profile identifiers and names, your profile selections, collected reporting snapshots and administrative activity records. App secrets and access tokens are encrypted in server-side storage. Staff sessions and sign-in controls are used to protect access.

Business discovery also stores portfolio source labels and a discovery status summary, without including access tokens in those summaries. After a complete profile refresh, profiles no longer returned are excluded from reporting; their history is retained. An incomplete discovery retains previous profiles and selections with a warning, because missing results do not establish that access was withdrawn.

Treat non-public account information and reports as confidential business information. Do not share them outside authorized recipients. This version does not send social content or reporting data to an AI service.

Imported LinkedIn post copies contain text, original links and timestamps. They form a temporary cache, replaced on successful import and cleared after 24 hours on module access or by the host's scheduled cleanup job. A failed import retains unexpired prior copies with a warning. The operator must configure scheduled cleanup and appropriate backups. Reporting failures are shown per metric; previously valid values are marked with their original collection dates. Local drafts and reporting history are separate from the imported-post cache.

See the Spenomatic website Privacy Policy for general privacy information. Contact Spenomatic with questions about Social Hub information, access or deletion. These terms do not replace a privacy notice or your rights under applicable data-protection law.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful, authorized business purposes. You must not:

  • Connect accounts without permission, impersonate another person or share staff credentials.
  • Bypass access controls, platform approvals, API restrictions or usage limits.
  • Attempt to extract credentials, compromise the service or access information outside your authorization.
  • Use reports or connected data to infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
  • Misrepresent estimates, incomplete metrics or suggested actions as verified business outcomes.

6. Reporting and strategic guidance

Reports reflect data returned by the connected platforms at the stated collection times. Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. A missing metric is not evidence of zero activity. Different platforms use different definitions, and their audience or engagement totals may not be directly comparable.

The current strategy workspace provides rules-based reporting guidance, not an active AI advisory service. Reports and suggestions support human judgment; they do not guarantee audience growth, qualified leads, sales, search visibility or return on advertising spend.

Verify important figures against the relevant platform and your business records before making decisions. Paid advertising accounts and conversion tracking require separate integrations. Connecting a social profile does not authorize campaign execution or spending.

7. Third-party services and charges

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile, X and Reddit are third-party services. Your use of their accounts and APIs remains subject to their own terms, permissions and policies. They may change, restrict or withdraw access independently of Spenomatic.

Platform subscriptions, API usage or other third-party services may carry charges under your organization's arrangements with those providers. Obtain the required internal approval before enabling chargeable access. Social Hub does not purchase a platform plan or authorize advertising expenditure on your behalf.

8. Disconnection, deletion and suspension

An administrator can stop including a profile in reporting by clearing its selection. This stops future selected-profile refreshes but does not delete existing local records or revoke the platform's authorization.

Removing a connection deletes its credentials, profiles and reporting snapshots from the module's active database. This action cannot be undone through the dashboard. It does not delete your original social account or its content, and it does not revoke permission on the platform. Revoke that permission separately in the platform's account or app settings.

Administrative audit records are separate from connection reports. Copies may also remain in restricted backups, if maintained. Contact Spenomatic for requests concerning these records; removing a connection is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup.

Spenomatic may restrict or suspend workspace access where authorization ends, security is at risk or use violates these terms. A platform may independently revoke or expire its authorization.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain a useful and secure service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free reporting or continued availability of any third-party integration. Maintenance, connectivity issues and platform changes may affect functionality.

You remain responsible for the accounts you connect and the business decisions made using reports. Keep important records in the relevant source platforms and your approved business systems rather than relying on this dashboard as their only copy.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides an applicable written agreement with Spenomatic.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will be available on this page. Review the updated terms before continuing to use changed functionality. New capabilities requiring additional platform permissions must be separately authorized.

For questions about these terms, access concerns or requests relating to connected accounts, contact your Spenomatic administrator or use the Spenomatic contact page. Do not send passwords, app secrets or access tokens in a support message.
