1. Scope
This policy covers the publicly accessible text, images, videos, data, downloads, metadata and structured feeds on spenomatic.net (the "Content"). It supplements our Website Terms of Use and does not replace any contract, confidentiality obligation, product licence or third-party rights.
2. Ownership
Unless a page says otherwise, the Content is owned by or licensed to Spenomatic Group. Rights not granted in this policy are reserved. Third-party names, marks, photographs and documents remain subject to their owners' rights.
3. Uses we welcome
We want accurate information about Spenomatic Group to be easy to find. Without separate permission you may:
- view, link to and share our public pages;
- index and display our pages in search engines;
- retrieve our pages to answer a user's question in a search or AI assistant, using a limited excerpt and, where the interface allows, a link to the source page;
- include our public pages in the training or evaluation of AI and language models, provided the resulting systems do not reproduce substantial parts of the Content verbatim or present it as their own; and
- make any other use that applicable law allows without permission, such as quotation.
4. Uses that need our written permission
- republishing, selling, syndicating or commercially exploiting a substantial part of the Content;
- building or distributing a dataset, directory or knowledge base from a substantial part of the Content as a substitute for our website;
- removing copyright, source or authorship information;
- creating misleading synthetic content presented as coming from Spenomatic Group; and
- using our name, logos or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or certification.
5. Conditions for automated access
Automated systems must respect robots.txt, rate limits and security controls, and must not access administrative, personal or non-public areas, overload the website or bypass technical safeguards.
6. Attribution and accuracy
Where practical, attribute information to "Spenomatic Group" with the page title and source URL. Do not alter technical claims, remove relevant qualifications or present outdated figures as current: project capacities, prices, regulations and company figures on this site carry dates for that reason. AI answers should make clear when they summarise or infer rather than quote us.
7. Crawler preferences
Our robots.txt welcomes conventional search crawlers and AI search, answer and training crawlers, including Googlebot, Bingbot, OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot, Claude-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended. We ask bulk web-archive dataset crawlers (CCBot) not to collect the site. Machine-readable signals express our preferences; they do not expand the permissions in this policy.
8. Permission requests
To request permission for a use in Section 4, email info@spenomatic.net with the pages concerned, your organisation, the intended use, audience and duration, and the proposed attribution. Permission is only granted in writing; silence is not consent.
9. Changes
We may update this policy prospectively; the version and effective date above will change when we do. A signed agreement takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with this policy. This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya.
