These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of spenomatic.net and its related pages (the "website"), operated by Spenomatic Group ("Spenomatic", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Engineering projects, product supply, maintenance and other commercial work are governed by separate written proposals, contracts or purchase orders. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

2. Website information is general guidance

The website describes Spenomatic Group, its divisions, projects, products and services. Content such as articles, guides, cost ranges, sizing examples and project descriptions is provided for general information. It is not a quotation, engineering design, warranty or professional advice for a specific site.

Energy yields, savings, payback periods and prices depend on site conditions, equipment, tariffs, financing and other factors. Any figure on the website is indicative until confirmed in a written proposal following an assessment of your site.

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but products, specifications, regulations and prices change. We may update or remove content without notice.

3. Enquiries, quote requests and assessments

Submitting a contact, quote, appointment or assessment form is a request for information. It does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. A binding agreement exists only once a written proposal or contract is accepted by both parties.

Please provide accurate information. Recommendations we make depend on the details you supply, such as electricity bills, load data, water quality or site photos.

4. Calculators, chat assistant and virtual tour

The website may offer interactive tools such as calculators, an automated chat assistant and a 360° virtual tour. These tools give general, automated or illustrative answers and can make mistakes. Do not rely on them for safety-critical, financial or contractual decisions; confirm important points with our engineering team.

You may view and print pages, and share links to them, for your own information or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use website content, or use our logos or brand names, without our prior written permission.

Third-party product names, manufacturer logos and certification marks shown on the website belong to their respective owners.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to other websites and social media platforms, and embeds content such as videos and maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

We work to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website for maintenance, security or business reasons.

11. Staff-only tools

Some areas of the website, such as the Spenomatic Social Hub reporting workspace, are restricted to authorised Spenomatic personnel. Use of those tools is governed by the Social Hub service terms in addition to these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute relating to the website that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your own country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
