1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites and digital services provided by Spenomatic Group ("Spenomatic", "we", "us" or "our"), including Spenomatic Social Hub. By accessing or using a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Separate written agreements may apply to engineering projects, products, employment, support or other commercial services. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the service it covers.
2. Our website and digital services
Our public website provides information about Spenomatic Group, its divisions, projects, products and services. Information on the website is general information and is not a binding engineering design, quotation, warranty or professional recommendation.
Spenomatic Social Hub is an authorized staff reporting workspace. It brings selected social profiles and business locations into a central dashboard. Its current integrations retrieve account information and performance metrics; they do not publish content, launch advertising, change bids or spend campaign budgets.
3. Accounts and authorized access
Some services are restricted to authorized Spenomatic personnel. You must provide accurate information, use only credentials assigned to you, keep them confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may connect or manage an account only when you own it, administer it or have permission from the account owner. Administrative features may be limited to designated users.
4. Connected third-party platforms
Social Hub may connect to services such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Reddit. Sign-in and consent take place through the relevant platform. Spenomatic does not ask you to enter your third-party account password into Social Hub.
The consent screen shows the permissions requested. The profiles and information available depend on your platform role, permissions, app approval and the provider's API. Grant only the access required for authorized business reporting.
Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that provider's terms and policies. Providers may change, restrict or withdraw their services or APIs independently of Spenomatic. Displaying a platform name or logo does not imply that the provider endorses Spenomatic.
Additional operational details for staff users are available in the Social Hub service terms.
5. Data, privacy and security
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Spenomatic Privacy Policy. When you authorize a platform connection, you permit the service to retrieve and store the information needed to provide the reporting features you enabled, subject to the permissions you grant.
Social Hub may store connection credentials, profile identifiers and names, profile selections, reporting snapshots and administrative activity records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can stop future reporting by deselecting a profile, remove a connection through an authorized administrator, and revoke the app separately in the connected platform's settings. Restricted backups and legally required records may remain for a limited period.
6. Acceptable use
You may use our services only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must not:
- connect accounts or access information without permission;
- impersonate another person or share restricted credentials;
- bypass security controls, platform approvals, API restrictions or rate limits;
- introduce malicious code, disrupt a service or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, copy or use content in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights; or
- misrepresent estimates, incomplete metrics or guidance as guaranteed outcomes.
7. Content and intellectual property
Spenomatic and its licensors retain their rights in the website, software, branding, designs and original content. Unless we give written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit them beyond what is necessary for ordinary use of the service.
You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of accounts, brand materials and content you connect or provide. You grant Spenomatic a limited permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure and support the requested service.
8. Availability and third-party information
We work to keep our services useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Maintenance, connectivity issues, security events and changes made by third-party providers may affect functionality.
Reports reflect information returned by connected platforms at the stated collection time. Information may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. A missing metric does not necessarily mean zero activity, and metrics from different platforms may not be directly comparable.
9. Your responsibilities and limitations
You remain responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant and decisions made using website information or reports. Verify important figures with the source platform and your approved business records before acting on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an "as available" basis and Spenomatic is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by unavailable services, third-party platform changes or reliance on incomplete reporting. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension, disconnection and ending access
You may stop using a public service at any time. Authorized Social Hub administrators can remove a platform connection. Removing a connection does not delete the original social account or its content, and does not necessarily revoke the app in the provider's settings.
We may restrict or suspend access where authorization ends, security is at risk, use violates these Terms or a third-party provider withdraws access. Where practical, we will take reasonable steps to communicate material service changes to affected authorized users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when our services, legal obligations or platform integrations change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this public page. Material changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
12. Contact us
Questions about these Terms, privacy, access or a connected account can be sent through our contact page or by email to info@spenomatic.net.
